Report a document not meeting the PlainLanguagePro standards

If you notice a document displaying a PlainLanguagePro certification mark that is not plainly written, or that is not suitable for the intended audience, please let us know. The document could be a printed document of any type, or a website, or an email – anything in words.

We will:

  1. Check our database of registered PlainLanguagePro certified documents.
If the document has not been registered, we will contact the document owner and insist they remove the mark immediately.
  2. If the document is registered, we will examine it against the PlainLanguagePro standards. If it does not meet the standards, we will contact the document owner and ask them to either improve the document or remove the certification mark.

We will let you know the results of our investigations.
